Nighttime Compliance Inspections

A tremendously successful and cutting-edge service, our Nighttime Compliance Inspections are yet another way in which Leisure Life Management sets ourselves apart from anyone else around. We offer compliance inspections at night, anywhere beginning at 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., to tackle compliance issues that plague communities, which are not adequately addressed by other community management companies. A unique and very innovative facet to our service is that we only utilize sworn off-duty law enforcement officers as our staff of Compliance Inspectors. These highly qualified and reliable personnel have been trained in areas pertaining to the enforcement of various areas of the CC&R’s. They document violations that most management companies never catch, but that truly affect the homeowners in our communities. Who better to maintain a watchful eye on your community when most of our homeowners eyes are closed, than off-duty officers!

Intensive Nighttime Inspections

In addition to our Nighttime Compliance Inspections, we have also pioneered yet another unique service which has met tremendous success. The same off-duty officers that we employ as Compliance Inspectors are available to conduct Intensive Nighttime Inspections. What differentiates this service from our standard Nighttime Compliance Inspections is the focus of the program. Not only do our inspectors document any violations of the CC&R’s that they observe, they are also vigilantly inspecting every aspect of the community, checking all of the common areas, monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity that is observed in the community, and checking the community for any other condition that needs to be immediately addressed. Our inspectors have been very successful in detecting criminal activity such as burglaries in progress, and have coordinated on-duty police response, which resulted in arrests being made in these cases. Again, our goal is to provide your community with services that dramatically impact the overall quality of life of our clients.
